Explore one of America’s oldest cities and, coincidently, its oldest ghosts! Charlotte may be bustling and booming now — but the city dates back to the 1700s, and some of its oldest residents have refused to leave!
On our 90-minute Haunted Walking Tour, we explore Charlotte’s rich history from a haunted perspective. Hear spooky stories, see haunted sites, and explore the city’s ghostly past. Stops include the haunted Tyron St. and the Historic 4th Ward.
What to Bring:

What to Wear:
- Make sure to wear comfortable shoes.
- During the summer months, sunscreen, hats, and a bottle of water are advised.
- During the winter months, sunscreen and layers are recommended.
Meeting Location:
The tour meets at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church entrance on N Tryon St. For GPS, the best address to use is 115 W 7th St. Charlotte, NC 28202. The entrance is on North Tryon next to the Discovery Place.
Make sure to arrive at least 30 minutes before the tour to sign waivers and check in.
